AACI, P. App. For the past 20 years Reid has worked in the
real estate appraisal field providing comprehensive narrative
appraisal reports for financial institutions, government agencies,
cities and municipalities, developers, investors, and members

of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and adhere to the Code of
